Seemingly since the Great Recession, in corporate America at least, we seem to have forgotten one simple truth: leaders at every level of an organization, are the difference makers in execution - the catalysts. Front-line managers in particular, road-test the business plan, the strategy and the mission everyday. And they are on the hook with virtually all of your stakeholders.

We have to support them better - now more than ever.

So I’ve embarked on this not-so-new career of focusing all of my time on helping executives be the catalysts for the leaders in their care, and for those leaders to be the catalysts for their employees using their unique combination of talents, skills and experiences.

It all begins with the business or mission challenge, usually a significant change. Executing successfully demands not only outstanding communication and collaboration, but often new leadership capabilities and new interdependencies. Coaching executives and their leadership teams to build these new capabilities and achieve sustainable success is what we do.
